Mystery. The identity of a man found dead at a homeless shelter in Bangor is being withheld until the investigation is complete. The investigation is still in its early stages and the identity of the man is being withheld until the investigation is complete. On Monday, Bangor police and the Mne State Police were notified of a man found dead in a homeless shelter in downtown Bangor. Police sd the man was pronounced dead at the scene. A cause of death was not given. The man was a white man with salt and pepper hr and a full beard. He was dressed in a blue work shirt and tan pants. He was between 40 and 50 years old. A passerby found him on Saturday morning outside the homeless shelter on Congress Street and reported him to Bangor Police. Police sd a foul odor was detected in the area. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead, according to Bangor Police Lt. Joe Dunphy. Police were notified by the U. S. Marshals Office, and were told the man may have been in the area of a hotel in Bangor and they were trying to locate him. Police sd there was not any criminal activity at the time. The man appeared to be homeless. Authorities are not releasing any further information at this time.

The family of a Milton, MA, woman killed in a crash Saturday on Interstate 95 was “devastated” that no charges have been filed in the fatal wreck. Milton Police Lt. Jeff Ouellette told The Dly News on Sunday that investigators “have a couple of leads that they’re working on” regarding the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash near the I-95-95A junction in Milton early Saturday that clmed the lives of Mary Ann Kelleher, 50, and her boyfriend, Patrick Murphy, 50. Ouellette sd no charges have been filed in connection with the crash, which occurred shortly after midnight. “At this point in the investigation it’s being handled like a fatal traffic accident,” he sd. “That’s the way it’s being investigated and we’ll follow that trl.” On Saturday, Ouellette sd an investigation into the crash was conducted by the state police as well as the Mne Drug Enforcement Agency. “The investigation into the crash has begun. It’s ongoing,” he sd. “We’re still trying to determine how the vehicle ended up in the ditch. We have a couple of leads we’re following up on. We’ll continue working on that.” Police sd Saturday that they were investigating whether alcohol was a factor in the crash, which also clmed the life of Patrick Murphy. Kelleher and Murphy were pulled out of the car by passersby shortly after the crash occurred, police sd. Both were transported to Bangor Hospital. Kelleher, a mother of two, died at the hospital, police sd. Murphy survived the crash.

Police in Milton, MA, sd Sunday that a 51-year-old man was shot in the arm during a robbery at a 7-Eleven on Sunday afternoon. Milton Police Lt. Jeff Ouellette told The Dly News on Sunday that Milton Police and the Mne State Police are investigating a robbery that took place at the 7-Eleven on Sunday. The Milton Police department sd the store was robbed of an undetermined amount of money. “This is a robbery, it’s a convenience store robbery, and the victim was shot in the arm,” Ouellette sd. He sd it is not yet clear what caused the man to be shot. “We do know the victim was shot in the arm and we do know it happened in the area of the store,” he sd. Ouellette sd the investigation has been turned over to the Mne State Police. “We’re going to be assisting them and they’re going to investigate,” he sd. “Right now we’re conducting the investigation because we do have a robbery.” The man was taken to the Mne Medical Center and he was treated for his wound, Milton Police Sgt. Scott D’Amico told The Dly News. The 7-Eleven was closed at the time of the incident, Ouellette sd.

A 19-year-old woman was fatally shot in her apartment on Tuesday, and police believe she was the intended target. Police sd the incident occurred at the apartment of a woman whose boyfriend was in prison at the time of the shooting. The boyfriend, who is not in custody at the time, shot the woman several times inside her apartment around 10:00 p.m. in the 800 block of Cedar Street, Milton Police Chief Richard Norgaard sd. The woman, who was not identified by police, was taken to Eastern Mne Medical Center where she died a short time later. She was a Milton resident and lived in the apartment with her boyfriend, who has been in and out of jl over the years for several criminal offenses, police sd. Norgaard sd police believe the girlfriend was the target of the shooting. “It’s our belief that she was targeted and she’s the victim,” he sd. “It was not an accidental shooting.”
